For years, Aggies have been leaving their mark on space exploration. An Aggie Ring has been on the moon, both the Aggie War Hymn and the Spirit of Aggieland have been played in space, and four astronauts are currently inspiring students at Texas A&M.
After being designated as a Space-Grant University in 1989, Texas A&M has been researching and developing technology for space exploration. Aggies are continuing to push the boundaries of space exploration and will soon help put the next humans on the moon! today.tamu.edu/space
