Each week, we’ll spotlight key services, resources, and processes offered by Aggie One Stop—Texas A&M’s one-stop shop for enrollment, billing, financial aid, and more—so your family can feel supported every step.
What is Aggie One Stop?
Aggie One Stop is Texas A&M’s integrated student services department, which is designed to be a one-stop shop to assist students with common enrollment and business service needs.
This includes services such as:
- Admissions application
- Registration holds and status
- Aid applications
- Student name changes
- Billing information
- Military education benefits
- Aid renewal requirements
- Official transcripts and verification of enrollment
… and much more!
Have a question but don’t know where to go? Ask Rev! Through the Aggie One Stop website, students can ask a question to Miss Rev, a virtual chat, where they can be assisted in various ways.
You can also choose to contact Aggie One Stop by visiting in person, submitting a web contact/email, or by phone.
In-Person:
Aggie One Stop is open for walk-in advising Monday-Wednesday and Fridays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Submit your question to receive an email response. Email responses are often provided within 1-2 business days. During peak times in the semester, response times may take additional time.

Aggie One Stop phone system features the option to hold your place in line and select a ‘Call Back’. Staff returns calls same day and encourage this option for callers, as phone availability during peak times will fill up quickly.
