Code Maroon is Texas A&M's emergency notification system. It communicates health and safety emergency information quickly by SMS text message, mobile app, Texas A&M Email, KAMU FM radio and cable television system, Emergency Alert System radios, computer alerts, classroom and building fire alarm speakers, X and RSS, and digital signage.
As a parent or family member of a Texas A&M student, you visit the Code Maroon website to learn how to sign up as a Texas A&M Community Member to receive Code Maroon alerts via Twitter or RSS, read FAQs and more. As a community member, you will receive the same notifications as your student if any campus-wide alerts go out.
