Texas A&M has one of the largest student organization communities in the nation, and what was formerly known as MSC Open House, will now be transformed into a more interactive and user-friendly experience called Club Crawl: The Official Involvement Festival at Texas A&M.
The inaugural event will take place on Sunday, August 31st, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. There are over 1,300 student organizations on Texas A&M’s campus, and we suggest all students attend to find a way to get involved. One of the changes to the event is the expansion of the venues being used. Encourage your student to review the Club Crawl map at clubcrawl.tamu.edu to get a better understanding of where everything will be located.
Additionally, if your student is interested in joining a Freshman Leadership Organization (FLO), they are invited to the FLO ZONE, which will open an hour earlier at 12:00 p.m. For more information about VIP FLO Zone, visit clubcrawl.tamu.edu/vip-flo-access.
Some tips for your student when they attend:
- Plan ahead. Look at the student organizations that will be attending and find ones they are interested in joining.
- Make it fun. They can plan on attending with roommates, their fish camp DG or with friends.
- Stay Charged. Make sure their phone is fully charged as most tables have QR codes to sign up and start receiving emails or follow their social media pages.
- Be prepared. Make sure they plan some questions in advance to ask the organizations they are interested in joining.
- Stay Hydrated. This event does take place inside and outside, in the late August Texas heat, so please remind your student to bring a water bottle with them!
If you or your student has questions or would like to see which student organizations will be present, they can go to the Club Crawl Website.
