As students transition from high school to college, many find themselves missing the competition, structure, and physical activity that come with being involved in sports. Most students assume that their athletic glory days end as soon as they walk across the graduation stage.

Well, we have good news for you! Here at Texas A&M, our recreational centers host a wide range of intramural sports leagues throughout each semester that students can take part in. Students can come together and create teams with friends or join a new team and find community! From competitive ping-pong to recreational basketball, we have a league and a spot for anyone who wants to come out and play. With both competitive and recreational options for most sports, intramurals are the perfect opportunity for students with any level of skill or experience to try something new and find competition with fellow students!

How to Join

With so many leagues running throughout the semester, there is almost always one open for registration! Whether students want to create their own team or join an existing one, there are so many opportunities to choose from. For more information on intramural sports and how to join visit https://recsports.tamu.edu/programs/intramurals/ to learn more.
